Teaching model, not gas dynamics. Each step solves net pressure, then moves a cylinder at 1/T0 times the tightest restriction on its supply and exhaust paths (T0 = 1 s). Trapped air holds the rod, which is why a 5/3 closed centre stops mid-stroke. A pressure centre extends by regeneration (cap area 1, rod area 0.75), faster but with less force. A supply tied straight to exhaust is drawn at half pressure. Units are bar, with psi beside them. The board stays in this browser. A short to atmosphere through an open port 1, 2, or 4 is treated as a leak and vented. Keys: 1 and 2 coils, R rotate, F fit, Space run, Delete, Ctrl/Cmd+Z undo.
